Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in an area called Little Thailand, with plenty of traditional restaurants offering high-quality food at a low price. It's not close to underground stations, but there are many restaurants around and a night market nearby. The hotel is fine for those who enjoy authentic cuisine and want to explore the local food scene. One downside is the need to take a taxi or bus for transportation.
The hotel is located in the Kai Tak area, offering a quiet neighborhood with good food choices nearby. The rooms, though spacious, could use some repairs and lack soundproofing. The service, particularly from Ingrid and Connie, is efficient and friendly. Dining options are varied but slightly below standard. Overall, a value-for-money stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is centrally located near many restaurants and interesting architectural sights. My room was decent in size but had an unpleasant smell and lacked cleanliness. The service felt unwelcoming, but a kind gesture was made when my sick daughter was promptly accommodated. The dining options were poor, but there were some good choices available. The hotel has potential but needs improvement.
The hotel pleasantly surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake and a bottle of champagne, and the staff, especially Eric the manager, were very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were a bit old but clean and had comfortable beds. The dining options were tasteless and overpriced, and the location necessitated taking a taxi to reach a convenient metro station. Despite these drawbacks, the modern facilities and shuttle bus to Hong Kong Island were convenient perks.
The hotel rooms were lovely and spacious with a good view of Hong Kong, perfect for a family of four, but they were old, smelly, and not very clean. The service was excellent, especially from Mason who recommended the best won tun soup I have ever had. The location was convenient for public transport but a bit out of the way to the main areas with noise issues expected. The dining options were incredibly poor, only suitable if you want to overeat, but part of the package. Overall, great service and spacious rooms, but the location and dining were major letdowns.
The hotel offers good cleanliness and is above average among hotels, though it doesn't truly provide the utmost comfort. The service is swift and the staff are friendly and approachable, which enhances the overall experience. The location is not the most convenient for accessing tourist spots but is surrounded by numerous local dining options. The dining experience could be improved with more choices and better quality items. Overall, a decent stay with value for money.
Staying on the 12th floor, the room was quite nice and spacious, though different from the website pictures. The hotel offers good service overall with polite staff, but some inconveniences during buffet times. The location is excellent, particularly for families due to its proximity to Kowloon City Park and essential amenities nearby. The dining experience was subpar in terms of breakfast options, despite reasonable prices.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a strong smoky and moldy smell, except for the bathroom that lacked a shower curtain. On the bright side, the staff was accommodating and helped us switch to a room without the cigarette odor. The location was a bit rundown but surrounded by a variety of restaurants, including some international options. The dining experience was a hit or miss, with good and bad points. The facilities were functional, but with some drawbacks and perks.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice view of the cruise terminal, perfect for a quiet and clean staycation. Service was excellent, especially from the concierge, with a shoutout to Danny for being very nice and helpful. The location is convenient for local transport but a bit far from key tourist spots. The dining experience was limited, and the facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were nice, they weren't completely tidy, and my assigned corner room was spacious for the two-night stay. However, the service, particularly at the buffet restaurant, left much to be desired. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel staff, especially Fiona Lo, were very patient and accommodating throughout my visit.
The hotel rooms had significant dust and a strong perfume smell, but we were pleasantly surprised with a plate of fruits. However, the moisture issues need to be addressed to prevent mildew from spreading. The location facing the old airport was not ideal.
